Nice to Meet You!

About Me
Sarah Gibson

For as long as I can remember, I’ve had a passion for working with children, youth, and their families. Empathy and care comes naturally to me as the eldest of three siblings, as well as having grown up with a parent running an in-home daycare. By the time, I started middle school, I had been to 7 different schools across three provinces and three continents. This allowed me to meet people from all over the world, learn about different cultures and different ways of life from a place of curiosity and openness. Early in life, I also helped support loved ones with mental health concerns and difficult life transitions, continuing to direct me towards this career. My passion for helping others never left me – I now meet with clients as an enthusiastic, empathetic, and engaged counsellor.

I provide space for you to process, help build up your skill set, and increase harmony in your home.  I’m here to encourage you when you need a boost, and to support you on your journey to empowerment, whatever that may look like. We’ll make room for you to show up as you are, adjusting as needed, while also working towards your goals. My priority is to facilitate connection and flow throughout our time together. Through collaboration, we’ll work towards helping you feel better, more confident, and more like yourself again.

Why Zalpha?

This is a question that has a pretty simple answer, and may be even better explained in an equation…

Gen Z + Gen Alpha = Zalpha

Working with clients of Gen Z (approximatley 1997-2013) and Gen Alpha (2013+), and their families are my passion!
